The WOLLIMEX BROSSENMATTE product with a total weight of 2’850 grams per square metre and a coarse fibered rib-structured surface as well as with its high grade dustproof rubberised backing, is particularly suitable as dirt capturing matting for medium impingements of dirt brought in from the street into administrative buildings, banking institutions, hotels and shops, for example. The activity of footwear passing over the matting surface generates a strong brushing effect from the large proportion of coarse fibres, which remove and capture coarse dirt and dust efficiently from the footwear. A large colour range of 8 shades is available from stock and enable extremely flexible design possibilities in entry lobbies. The BROSSENMATTE can be laid down fixed or loose. In order to reduce the hazard of skidding and to effect the capture of fine street dust, clean walkway floor-carpeting should ideally be laid down immediately after the entry lobby brush-matting.
